1. Who we are

AutoPool ("the platform", "we") operates a referral-based membership programme with a 1:3 forced-matrix structure, package purchases, referral and level income, and a daily return-on-investment (ROI) accrual. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your country of residence. One person, one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Packages, wallet and payments

Packages are bought from your wallet balance. Wallet recharge money is not withdrawable; only earned money (referral income, level income, ROI credits) is withdrawable.
Packages are purchased one at a time, in price order, each once.
Recharges are credited only after an administrator confirms the underlying payment.

4. Income

All income depends on package activation and downline activity as described in the plan shown at sign-up. No income is guaranteed. See our Income Disclaimer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are from the earned balance only, subject to a minimum amount, a percentage processing fee retained by the platform, completed KYC (bank details), completion of your own 1:3 cycle, and administrator approval. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

No multiple or fake accounts, no automated sign-ups, no misrepresentation of the plan or of expected earnings to prospective members, no chargeback abuse. Breach may result in suspension and forfeiture of the earned balance.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On closure, verified earned balances are payable subject to clause 5; recharge balances are refunded to the original payment method where possible.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the plan parameters (percentages, fees, limits). Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

9. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of anticipated income.

10. Governing law
